Meet James (The Boss) With a background in maintenance, leading a team of 20 mix trade professionals running across London and maintaining around 600 blocks maintaining professional upkeep of properties. Hands-on, monitoring workmanship to satisfy client needs, picking workmanship that works in a timely manner and replenishing teams picking the best in all trades. Today we work with some of the country’s best workmanship and have teams to assist in all types of construction work.

Our operations, from maintenance and facilities management, have led to expanding into refurbishment and insurance works. We work long and hard to keep clients happy. We work closely with clients, advising our clients in wealth management as I am personally involved in all projects and works and meet all clientele when they travel into the country. I hold a proactive role in the company meeting existing and new clientele to build bridges to last a lifetime. I set this company up in 2015 with the backing of friends and family members who encouraged me to start working directly for clientele.

I believe our work ethic has pushed One Renovations to where we are today. We combine a friendly working environment for all our workmanship who enjoy doing what they do best, whilst working together. From a small repair all the way up to a complete refurbishment I personally overlook, and sub manage works till date.

We strive to deliver a high-quality job which we feel proud of, which gives the client exactly what they have asked for and most importantly, something they are delighted with. I have learnt a lot in my job and I know how much of an invasion building work can be on a household’s routine.
